How to use Minds Together

Minds Together is designed to be flexible so you can work through the program at your own pace. You can save your progress and log back in when it suits you.

We recommended that you complete one section at a time and take a break between each section. This will give you time to think about what you have learnt and practice any new skills or strategies.

If you have a counsellor, you may want to discuss your progress through Minds Together with them.

If you ever have any questions about the program, please contact the team at [email protected].
